Program
Relaxing and enjoying the moment is what our retreat is all about! We will practice the art of mindfulness – living in the present moment. Being present in the moment, instead of thinking about the past or future, allows us to connect to our true selves and fills our life with love and light. A daily morning session in mindfulness meditation and yoga wakes up your senses and helps you relax. After a delicious lunch you are free to explore beautiful Ibiza, enjoy a relaxing massage and Reiki healing, or whatever feels right for you. In the evenings you are free to express yourself while dancing. We end the day with a relaxing meditation. Go with the flow!
